TEXT MESSAGING TERMS OF USE
By opting in to or using the Text Message Service (as defined below) from NJTEKS, you agree to these Text Messaging Terms of Use.
This agreement is between you and NJTEKS or one of its affiliates. All references to “NJTEKS,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to NJTEKS.
DEFINITIONS
“Opting In,” “Opt In,” or “Opt‑In” means requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages.

Your consent also confirms acceptance of these Terms of Use, as well as our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
E‑SIGN DISCLOSURE
By agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to the use of electronic records to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP.
NJTEKS TEXT MESSAGE SERVICE PRIVACY NOTICE
NJTEKS respects your privacy. Information collected through this Text Message Service is used solely to send and respond to text messages and to support business communications.

This Text Message Service supports conversational, person‑to‑person communications between you and NJTEKS employees. Message frequency will vary based on the nature of the conversation and your interaction with NJTEKS.
OPTING OUT
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message.
Because this is a person‑to‑person messaging service, opting out applies to the specific conversation and phone number used. After opting out, you may receive a one‑time confirmation message.
